Life can be overwhelming and stressful at times. I get it. You get stuck in a rut and struggle to feel focussed or see sense. It's normal but doesn't need to be that way.

It is my mission to help people with time management, mindfulness, and setting healthy habits that suit you and your routine - no matter how busy you are! You KNOW what you should do, but how?! Allow me to explain.

Life sucks sometimes. You can't always have your way, like the day my best friend suddenly died at the age of 21. I was shattered, hopeless, heartbroken. But I decided to take the higher path. Life is a choice. I've always noticed the little things, embraced healthy habits and an optimistic mindset, so it was time to find my mission:
Improve lives and spread peace!
I use my gift of grace (pun intended!) to help people like him with mental health issues to overcome barriers that may be holding you back from living the life you crave.
In my 9-week program (€450) you will:
Receive a weekly 1-hour session with tasks to complete in between.
Learn how to treat and understand yourself with kindness and compassion.
Improve the quality of your life with a greater sense of well-being both physically and emotionally.
Find the time to make healthy habits that suit you and your schedule.
Become more aware of your body and attune to your emotions - allowing them to come and go.
Feel empowered, confident, at peace with yourself.
